For fifth of the money I'd spend on a single fifty minute hour with the therapist, it's a real bargain. I feel better and more centered already! And my eyes aren't even closed yet.
Try what this author suggests! And you'll not knock heads nearly as often with my wife. Trust me, I know, I'm doing it. Breath in, breath out - five minutes. And only then say what's bothering you. You'll find maybe it's nothing that important! And you don't even have to know my loving wife! It works with everyone.

I've read the book and I agree with Kevin. I've been meditating now and definitley feel calmer in life.
