Meditation for children does not have to mean sitting still, closing their eyes, or visualizing. Simple breathing practices, like stuffed animal breathing, can help kids feel calmer, safer, and more connected to themselves.
Great post, I don't think many of us stop to think how helpful something like this could be to children who often struggle with anxiety and overwhelm.
